Does anyone have any ideas of Rapid Start Services for GP 2015. Is it available, will it be available and if not what is the alternative?

Heath, I seem to recall reading that Rapid Start was being discontinued. However, I may have that confused with another program.
Sorry not best resource on this, but, that is what I recall seeing some months back.
