    Hi Karthik

You can use the Dynamics CRM Connector.

    www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

As you will see from the PDF, Out of the box are handled the following AX entities :

    Enumerated values

    Customer (including addreses)

    Contact (including addreses) ï‚«

    Item ï‚®

    Sales invoice ï‚®

    Sales order ï‚«

    Currency ï‚®

    Employee ï‚®

    Unit schedule (including units)

    So, no Docuref.

About AX, you have to create a new AIF Document Service that expose the Document Handling metadata

I don't think you can use the standard AIF Service DocumentHandlingService, because allows users to submit unattached documents and push them into workflow for association with records.

About a new Document Services creation, take a look at technet.microsoft.com/.../aa856656.aspx

Practically, you have to use the AIF Document Service Wizard. The wizard creates all the necessary service and document components and alerts you to any best practices issues.

Then, go to the CRM Connector and create a new Mapping.

At the link below, you can find an example.

    Hi Karthik

I don't know in details how Dynamics CRM manage the Documents on Sharepoint.

What it's sure, is that you have to create an AX AIF Service document just to exchange the informations between AX and CRM.

Also, for the integration you can use the CRM Connector or call directly the services exposed by AX and CRM.
