Error while login in the Windows 8 Dynamics Ax 2012 Mobile App

Hi All,

I have configure the Microsoft Dynamics AX environment for companion apps using Microsoft white paper document.

Everything goes smooth till the Microsoft Dynamics AX Connector for Mobile Applications installation and

able to start the microsoft dynamics rapidstart services. 

But when it try to login in Windows 8 app getting the error 'Opps!Something went wrong. Please try again in few minutes or contact your system administrator' .

I used my details: User ID: DomainName\administrator

Password: activedirectory password for administrator

ServiceConnection Name: amkgdo (Azure service namespace amkgdo.servicebus.windows.net)

I tried all the combinations still not working.

Please help me.. Even i check event viewer nothing showing.

Please help me..

    Hi Krishna,

    You can use Fiddler on your win8 device to debug the messages. Depending on the error and the log trace I can help you.

    It could be related to networking problems (proxy, firewall), a certificate error, or even settings in AX (user not setup correctly).

    Hi calavon,

     

    Thank you for replay. I have installed the fiddler. I got bellow information.  'HTTP/1.1 502 Fiddler - DNS Lookup Failed'

    Please help me on resolving the issue.

    Hi,

    There is no issue when AOS and Windows 8 machine are is same network.

    When Both are in different network, Getting the same error.

    if you know the solution, please let me know.
