Hi,

I see that the backend for the collection notes for the customer is having the table "smmactivities" which also has an entity named "Activities".
I am able to export the data via this entity,
But while importing it does not show any customer reference to import so I am not sure how to import the customer collection notes.
Navigation

Click collection
I want to create the record in the notes tab.

Can you please let me know what is the process , I do see that there is the responsible person also but how is that linked to customer.

Thanks,
VK
