Cannot access RDP on a cloud hosted AX2012 R3 Demo

Hi.

We have the need to spin up an AX 2012 R3 CU 13 with demo data for a training/demo session. While we haven't had AX 2012 demo's for quite a while and this is just for a short time use, I thought to just spin it up from LCS as a cloud hosted environment.

I got it up and running, but when I try to access the RDP on either DEV or AD machine I get error

Any idea's is appreciated.

    The VM images for the AX2012 machine might be quite old. The Windows trial license might be expired, in which case the OS will shut down after one hour. Try to restart the machine, RDP again and rearm windows if you manage to login

    The rearm is done in command prompt: "slmgr /rearm".

    Everything looks ok but there are no Connection Troubleshooting available

    It has status running in both LCS and Azure portal. Tried from several different networks

    First I would check ,the status from LCS , if its running or not , if its running then obviously something in your network is blocking the connection.

    Hi ,

    Just login to your Azure Portal and see its running or not , if it is running check following ,

    If you are in Behind the Corporate  firewall , Might your outbound access to certain Ip ranges & Remote Ports are blocked , So you wont able to connect to your server if your Azure Server IP is falling under blocked list.

    If that also Ok & if you are still facing same issue , then you can try option "connection Troubleshoot"  when you click on Azure VM then Go to Support+ Troubleshooting you can find Connection troubleshooting option.
