Want to redirect from MVC application to Dynamics 365 (Case Entity).

Hi All Virtual ,

I have a requirement to redirect from MVC application to CRM.

I am trying to achieve it through the button (Onclick will redirect to URL of (the new case registration form).

CRM is on-premises 2013 and it's only accessible on server and wherever user refreshes page will change token no.

I am not able to get a link due to outlook not being integrated.

can anyone suggest to be the best option to achieve it?

Thanks for your valuable time & if possible please provide me references.
