
Provision Omnichannel - Unable to see Omni channel for customer service in the D365 app list - I can see Omnichannel for customer service - Base which has a status of enabled - and can be installed - not managed.
I have a CE trial tenant with with D365 customer engagement applications, the Dynamics 365 Customer Service Digital Messaging and Voice Add-in Trial - and have assign licenses to relevant users
Te issues is that i cannot see the Omni channel for customer service app to then manage and set up as per the provisioning guide. Any pointers would be great thank you
