Retail Job Not Applied

Hi All,

I am having issue regarding my Retail Jobs, I have pushed many times to outlets for changes to take place. I notice the status remain available without any error.

As you can see, all following jobs wasn't applied.

I have check the database, found out that we are running out of the space in the database.

Please guide how to clear the space so we can actually push jobs again.

Hello,

You can try deleting the records in the temp.db. That might free up some space.

If you are facing issue with space in message db, you can try deleting older message by applying a filter on daterequested field on downloadsession. If you want to retain unapplied/failed jobs, you can run delete from downloadsession where status!=4
