Using Javascript to prepoulate the values

While creating records from the lookup field (Appointment), A modal dialog pops up (which is an OOB feature that can be achieved by clicking the lookup field on the form and then ticking the checkbox to open and edit the main form in the dialog).
 
This main form works similarly to the Quick Create form.
Now, I want to prepopulate some data on this PopUp Appointment form when clicking the New Appointment button. Can you help me with this?

    Hello User,
     
    Get GUID of the main record and then retrieve the data from Dynamics 365. 
     
    Then refer this article which will help you to populate data on quick create form.

    On the create this form is automatically populating from the LookUp.and i want to prepoulate before saving on that form

    You can add your logic on record save then. Because we don't have something which is before save.
