Lately few of my key users have been trying to do some updated on existing records for which they are using the ''Excel Online'' functionality. Once they update the fields and click ''save'' going to the Imports page it looks like nothing is being processed. The end result shows the task as ''Completed'' but with 0 successful, 0 failures, 0 partially imported. As long as there is no error or failure I can't track down what is happening.
The behavior is neither constant nor does it have anything to do with permissions: as you can see both myself as admin (Cristina) and my key user (Jan) with lower permissions than myself were able to do such an import while other attempts (done with the exact same steps) have failed.
Can somebody help please? is this a known bug? or are we doing anything wrong? how about alternative options to achieve the same result?
