User license count report

Hi All,

I am running OOTB User license count report to determine, how many users in the system have license type Operations(Enterprise). I am applying the filter for Operations license type, but it doesn't seem to be working as expected. See below, when I run the report with the below filter option, it shows all the users with all access types, like Activity and Team members. Am I missing anything here ?

I would recommend you to report this by raising support request with Microsoft. I can reproduce same behavior as yours.
