Product configuration item sales order entry

Hi all,

Getting the following error when trying to enter a basic product configuration to a SO via product and supply > Configure line:

Requirement calculation for Sales order: 000783, D0005 Message details Function EcoResProductMasterManager::addProductDimensionValue has been used incorrectly.

    Hi Thomas,

    Make sure the environment is compile error free and the CIL build has been completed without errors.

    You can test if it is related to CIL if it works correctly when you disable the user option 'Execute business operations in CIL' temporary.

    Is this fix still applicable on AX7? If so, do you know the pathway to the user option, as I can't find this option within User options

    Hi Thomas,

    My bad.... I missed the fact it is related to AX7... Every compiled solution is .NET now.

    You can try to use the Visual Studio debugger, check the configuration or report this to Microsoft support.
