How to set up push notifications

Dear community,

Could someone instruct me on how to set up the notification in Dynamics sales? The goal is to send a notification to each team member when a record is created/updated/deactivated etc. (the notification should not be sent to only the record owner)

Additionally, what are the options for the team to receive the notification? Is it possible to have the notification sent to their Outlook?

Look forward to your solution!

    Hello,

Which type of notification you are looking for? if it is email then it is easy to implement using the Power Automate.

Please refer below article which will help you to implement your requirement.

    Hi

All types of required notifications are supported and setup is done in flow. Either powerautomate or logic apps. You create trigger per your wish and then use either push notification action, send email notification or even in-app notification.

You can use workflows or Power Automate to send an email notification, you can also use power automate to send an in-app notification. Here is an article I wrote on how to turn this on and how to use Power Automate to create a flow for this. https://d365goddess.com/preview-in-app-notifications-for-model-driven-apps/

PLEASE MARK AS VERIFIED IF HELPFUL!
