Limit number of pricedisctables records in POS

We have say 100000 item with 1 sales price and 10 discounts Groups connected to it, so each item have 11 records in pricedisctable. We have an assortment with 10000 items since only these are sold through POS and rest is sold using sales order in AX. Our problem is that all 1000000 lines in pricedisctable get sent to POS. How can I limit this so it only send lines in pricedisctable that are connected to an Item in my assortment or do you have any other suggestion how to solve this?
