Hi I am asking this on behalf of a friend who is using Portals but currently having this error
Has anyone experienced anything similar before/ any idea why this may occur they are currently using ADX studio, I am aware it is deprecated so wonder if that will be the reason. they said it has just stopped working as of yesterday any Microsoft updates your aware of have switched off ADX Portals?

I didn't find any information about Microsoft switching off ADX Portals, so I recommend you contact Microsoft team to get the latest news.
I am afraid I have to let you know that ADX Portal is managed by the customer themselves and it's no longer supported by MS for a long time. Refer to support.microsoft.com/.../legacy-adxstudio-portals-and-microsoft-dynamics-365-portals-supportabi
Suggest you contact your partner to upgrade/migrate the ADX Portal to Microsoft SaaS Portal.
