How can we add inspection template on portal(PowerApps/Power Pages)?

Hi Prashant Kumar,
Inspection Template is a module which is only available for CRM now. I do not think it is available in the Field Service portal also. Uopi can build similar for the portal but it is not as much as easy to say.
You could try something with the PCF on the portal. However, I don't think it is a good idea. The inspection template is not designed for the portal.
If you want to add the response for the customer so see, you can save the result to the note or SharePoint and display it on the portal.
