Hi, I have created a ecom site and have configured all the required online store details in the backoffice. For testing purpose I have added a demo product called backpack which comes in "Small", "Medium", "Large" size dimensions.

Now when I select the product and try to add to cart, even though I have selected the size, following below error is appearing

I have configured properly in the backend and have added inventory for all product variants as well.

Please help.

Hello Harshavardhana,

We added support to the configuration dimension in SSK 9.32.26, so if you are using a lower version, please update. For 9.33 the fix is available in 9.33.12.

If you are using a higher version, please create a support request so we can further verify.
