ROLL UP FIELD NOT CALCULATING PROPERLY

I have a roll up field currency in a parent entity which calculates the item prices field in associated child records . Each time i update the child records , the value calculated in the roll up field is incorrect ,which is happening only on the existing records but on creation of new parent record it works fine . Please let me know why its behaving like this .

Billing amount is the roll up field that sums up item prices in the below contract lines grid .Even after recalculating it gives me wrong answer .

    I did not reproduce your problem in my testing.
    Either manually refreshed or updated hourly by the Calculate Rollup Columns system job, the values of the rollup fields for existing records are correctly calculated.
     
    Does your question mean that the rollup fields are not refreshed causing them to be incorrect?
