GP 2010 eConnect W2012 Server

We have moved everything over to a new W2012 and everything works with the exception of a web application that talks to GP via eConnect. Everytime we test the connection we get this message: "The exception is " you must have administrative credentials to perform this task".. We have eConnect running using the same domain user account as was running on the old server and installed eConnect  with the same options as the old server.

What should we look at as to what is causing this issue?

    Hi Richard,

One of my clients just got this error when trying to import using eConnect on a new server.  I'm looking into it now.

I'll update if I find any clues.

The error goes on to complain about not being able to update the registry. Now I went back to the old server and I can see the registry key it is trying to access. On the new server, the registry key is not there so I assume it is trying to create it. The service account used to run eConnect is not only a domain admin account but is also a local admin account. I even went as far as setting the permission on the registry branch explicitiy to full control to this account. Has anyone successfully been able to send data through eConnect on a W2012 server? There were no issues installing eConnect we just cannot send any data through it.
