"There is no endpoint listening on net.tcp
Mostly caused by an unknown adress or Soap-action"

Server name is correct ? NAV Sever configuration is correct ?
Try with "localhost:port/ServiceName" instead of server name or with full qualified server name; try to use IP instead of server name.
