Delivery KPIs not working

Hi Gurus, 
 
Is this a bug or something. 
 
Delivery KPI's of Emails are not showing for a user. Other users can see it. They all have the same security role. 
 
 
Please assist with screenshots.

    Hi,
     
    The Insights tab is available when the email is live.

     
    It is recommended to check if the user's email status is live.
    Alternatively, try changing the browser or clearing the local cache before checking the Insights tab.
