How to change default language on item master translations.

Dear Experts, 
 
Please let me know how can we change default language on item master translations from en-us to en-in as highlighted below.  
 
 
I have changed on user group form language as en-in and also on legal entity form language as en-in. But no luck.
 
 
Appreciate your quick inputs.
