How to apply and unapply GL entries? I saw that it is available is few versions. Will it be available for all the versions?

Try this as a work around in the meantime: community.dynamics.com/.../balance-sheet-account-reconciliation---eg-clearing-prepaid-prepayment-accounts

Otherwise you could see if it is on the D365 ideas site and vote for it to become standard. Or have a look on appsource: www.eos-solutions.it/.../general-ledger-application-en.html
