I work for a non profit that has been granted Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise by Microsoft but I do not have Dynamics 365 in my application launcher from Microsoft 365.  How do I get this started?

    Hey.

From the first screen it seems like you have an entitlement to 5 licenses through a partner/provider. But from the third screenshot, those licenses are not active.  That would be the first step to check:  getting those licenss on your environment, as they will grant 10GB of DB storage, and 20GB of File capacity.

    Regards,

I guess my next question is if I add a new CRM environment and add Common Data Service Database Capacity (required for new environment) then when and how do charges for this appear?

    hey.

Sales is available only after you provision a Dynamics 365 Environment.  Please go to Admin.powerplatform.com, and under environments check if you have anything created (besides the default environment that does NOT allows installing Sales).  If you don't have one, please click on "New" and then provide the relevant data:  Name, description.  Please ensure you toggle to ON the "create a database" and on the second screen, ensure you select the "deploy dynamics 365 apps" and choose sales.

    Regards,

Thank you for the response Abdule!  Unfortunately it does not show up under apps.  I was told I need to add the CRM environment to Power Apps Admin.  When I tried it came back with:

This environment can't be created because your org (tenant) needs at least 1 GB of database capacity.

How do I add database capacity without incurring charges.  We are trying to just get this set up to start testing and see if it is the best solution.

    Hi jschaefer@wafwc.org,

Login to https://make.powerapps.com/. Navigate towards the app section. Your app should be therepastedimage1681949132763v1.png
