Business Process Error

The following error is showing up when I try to access the Contact entity in the environment:

There were no changes since the last time it was used and the processes have not been altered. When I try to create a new contact, it is showing me this error:

Exception 'InvalidPluginExecutionException' occured: Error during retrieval of Configuration Entity: entity doesn't exist in the error log. 

Moreover, on the portal, This error is showing when I try to log in, however, I'm not sure whether they are related:

No changes have been made from when the portal was used (and was working fine) till now

Are there any solutions to this please?

    Hi, Fran,

    Try to import the solution again and don't forget to check "Override the customization"

    0x80040265 is ISV code aborted the operation.

    Can you click the more details and then if it gives you a log file, paste it in here?  That should tell us more.

    Are you using the Dynamics Marketing module?  If not, go turn off this plugin and try again:

    Microsoft.Dynamics.Crm.MarketingPlugins.Plugins.Segmentation.SegmentMembersPlugin

    Otherwise, it looks like this workflow is triggering that plugin (I may have that reversed), so youd have to determine what triggers the plugin to get them separated somewhat and/or to get permissions updated.

    Microsoft.Dynamics.Crm.MarketingPlugins.Plugins.Segmentation.SegmentMembersPlugin

    The Marketing solution was previously deleted so it wasn't finding it. Also, the process "Set Managing Partner on creation of contact via portal" had to be deactivated as well.
