How to create a customized button in a business process stage?

Dear all,

I have created a business process with three stages to manage our speaker leads:

In the first stage, I created a Lookup data field to make sure the newly acquired lead is already in the Contact entity:

As you can see, the Next Stage is to create a contact profile. How can I change "Next Stage" to a customized name changed to "Updating Contact" if the speaker is found in our contact entity? At the same, when I click on "Updating Contact" then the page will close this lead and direct me to the existing contact page.

    We can not hide the BPF buttons as It is a limitation.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, you cannot customize the OOB  next stage button.

    Hi,

    It is not possible to change the BPF Button Text as described in below link:

     

    But you can write javascript which will trigger when user click next stage button of business process flow as described in below link:
