I am trying to get the Dynamics 365 and Linkedin integration working.
I can see the linked in sales navigator withing Dynamics 365 and it i send a message it does show within the LinkedIn Sales Navigator tab within Dyanmics 365.
But it is NOT adding the activities to my timelines so no one knows that updates have been made.
In Linkedin, it says connected and updating and the date always shows the current day
In Dynamics 365 under Sales Navigator Integration Settings I have turned on all 4 of the boxes and they are Green, however it says
Status: Disabled, To get LinkedIn updates, CRM sync must be active
So I thought I would ask the community.
If the Activities are not being created, where is the bottleneck and what can I do to resolve?
