    Hi Faiz7049,

You used the tag AX 2009, but I also read something about AX 2012. I do assume this is related to AX 2012. If the user already exists (same email and ID used), you can find the user in the users list; disable the user; save the record and enable the user. Then the new SID ID will be linked to the old User ID in AX 2012 which should fix your issue.

    Hi,

The workflow owner is configured in the workflow designer. You should be able to change this user by another one. No deletion is necessary here only a configuration.

    Best regards

    Ludwig

    Hi,

Can't you simply assign a different workflow owner possibly a 'generic' admin account / user that is not related to an employee who might leave one day?

As long as the workflow owner is not directly addressed in a workflow step, this should only be a simple change in the workflow configuration.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
