This may not even be possible, but is there any way to modify a time entry in the Time Entries section of PSA to reflect the information from a journal entry that was created to fix the entry error (already submitted/approved)? I'm trying to figure out how to show in the time entry system that there was a specific time entry that was fixed in Journals and now needs to have the employee resubmit a corrected time entry. Maybe marking the incorrect time entry as no longer valid.
Thank you for the quick response, Antti! Sometimes an incorrect time entry with billable hours isn't caught until the monthly invoicing report is run and management takes a closer look at the notes the employee puts into the time entry. Going from a more administrative friendly time keeping program where we could adjust things quite easily to Dynamics PSA is proving challenging. I wish Microsoft would have built the code for the Actuals to be edited within the Project Actuals (there's an edit option, but it doesn't do anything because the form is locked after time approved) instead of having to do a Journal Entry to reverse any accidental errors on time entries.
