Hello everybody,
I have tried to create an email using the builder within Dynamics 365, however I am having serious problems viewing the email within Outlook.
The email was created correctly and also the test preview doesn't give any problems and displays the email perfectly, but when I send the email via "send test email" and I receive it on outlook the email is completely distorted and not aligned, moreover the images are not displayed and a message appears explaining how to view them. This only happens on the outlook platform for the computer, from mobile the display is correct and without problems.
As for the images, I know that there is an option in Outlook that allows you to download the images automatically, but it partially solves the problem because the email is not aligned and distorted.
Can someone help me? Thanks in advance for the replies.
