I've got two users that open a Contact List page and go to Actions | View | Hierarchy to sort the list by hierarchical parent child structure.
They would like to have the contact list page default to the Hierarchy view so they don't have to manually enable it each time.
Where in c/side would I be looking to make this default change?
It might be even better if it can be user specific.
