Problems with editing financial reports in report designer

Hi,

I have problems with the report designer in D365 FO. When I start the program I get this message:

I click yes and then I choose the correct company. Then the security opens:

My user is system administrator in FO with all permissions.

Anyone that have a solution for this?

Hi,

This happens when you database is not correctly merged with the Dynamics FO.

Try restarting Financial reporter services. Let us know if that resolves the issue or not. Error: Can’t connect to Financial Reporter (intraclouddynamics.com)

We restarted the financial reporter services but unfortunately it did not work.

Hi everyone,

We found a solution for this by reset the data mart in the report designer under tools.

After that we where able to open the report designer without any problems.
