Create a new timesheet: periods not created

Good day

1) Could anyone possibly pinpoint from the error message what I have missed in the setup to be able to capture Timesheets for my project?

2) If time is captured here, will it pull through to a project and can it then be (hour) journalized as time against a project?

I have done all the setups under Organization administration > Common > Calendars > Period types and

Project management and accounting > Setup > Timesheet > Timesheet period types.

Is this possibly a bug or parameter setting? Would my calendar be problematic?

Hello Hannes,

Please check the following

- That your user is linked to an employee

- That the employee that is set up in the HR module has the timesheet period set up in the project parameter form that can be accessed from the employee record

- That the employee is engaged in the Company where you try to record the timesheet. This can be checked in the employment history form that can be accessed in HR.

Yes, thank you. I have managed to create the time sheet and sent it to wf. Then I posted. I now need to add some costs (Cost price and Sales price) to see the amount impact on the activity/project...
