Hi , I would like to ask if there is any way to do below scenario.

Firstly, we will do a customer journey and send a notify with link to customer(base on contact in d365 data) via sms /email and request them to check on their delivery address.
The page should show the details of customer when customer click into so they can check if their details are correct and able to update if some of their details are not latest.

After they update thru the page and submit, the data will integrate back to d365 and update to the contact as well.

To complete above scenario, is there any way like using portal or form to do so?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Jun Hong ,

Yes this scenario can be achieved using the Update contact/lead option in Marketing forms.

You can apply prefill option to the fields in the form as the contacts are within the database.
Upon change of data and submission of the form by the customer, the contact is matched by Dynamics and any change is updated within the contact record.
