ARC rules are getting corrupted frequently after the migration from Web to UCI

Hello Team,

Is anyone facing issue with queue after migrating the Automatics Record Creation and Update rule to UCI?

We have migrated the rules and some how it is being corrupted and stop email to come into CRM. Once we deactivated the rule email is going to synch with CRM.

Please let me know if anyone having this issue and any workaround to this.

    Hi Bhavika,

    It’s so strange.

    Have you tried activating it again after deactivating it to test if it works?

    Or you can create a new Record Creation and Update Rule in the UCI with same steps.
