I have a setup a marketingform including af multiple choice. If they choose option A they should receive an email with content A and if they choose option B they should receive an email with content B.. Is this possible to set up?

So a collected marketingform that can lead to different actions based on the input.

    Hi SVE,

maybe you could leverage the conditional content option within REAL-Time Marketing. There you can display different content within an email based on specific attributes on lead or contact and as you submit the form and choose option A then you can reference that attribute within the conditional content as condition.

yes I agree, I cannot make it happen in the customer journey either. I tried segments too as I set it up as a functionbased segment and based it on filled out the specific form. Then I was also able to choose a filter called "submitted values" but I couldn't get that to work either.. it saves the information from the form as a form field, but how can I get the data from it?

    Hi partner,

I tried several methods, customer journey can't get the value of the field, power automate Can't send email to multiple contacts, so I think you can try to use segment to filter contacts first, filter out the group with option A and the group with option B, and then Send emails using customer journeys.

Is your multiple-choice field stored in the contact entity?
