Hi All,

I set PR line review and PR review workflow, both PR line and PR has approval step.

My questions are

1. If I have 2 line in one PR, one is approve and one is reject, how can I cancel the rejected one and process the remaining one? because after I reject one line, the line can only be resubmitted, I cannot cancel or remove the line

2. Can I Skip the PR approval step and just do the approval in line level? I set the PR approved automatically when PRline.status = approved, but it didnt work, still need to be approved manually.

1. You will need to recall and delete the individual line, then resubmit the PR into workflow.

2. Just delete the approval step from your purchase requisition header workflow configuration.

1. Is that mean the first line need to be approved again if I recall?

I cannot choose to approve one line only in multiple line PR, and that one line is subject to turns to PO?

2. Can I just use PR line review and not activate PR review?

Hi Phoebe.

1. Yes the line will go through the whole workflow process again. This would also happen anyway after using "Reject" and resubmit on Line 2. Unfortunately you dont have the option to approve only one line on a PR level. We have found this frustrating as well, but it seems that this is the way it was designed. You have to have all lines approved, or delete the ones you dont want.

2. You need a "header workflow" even if it just contains the single Line level workflow element in it.

Hello,

Thank you for your help. I tried to do the same here but something is not going as it should be. Let's take the same scenario :

- PR line review and PR review workflow.

- both PR line and PR have approval step.

- PR with two lines is submitted. One line is approved, second line is rejected.

- PR is recalled.

After this... PR is in "Draft" again but both lines are in "Cancelled" status.

Therefore, if i try to delete one of them, i get an infolog with : Purchase requisition line cannot be deleted since it is not in 'Draft' status

Am i missing something ?
