How to make warehouse specific inventory reservation

We have two warehouses and we place purchase order-1 to one warehouse-1 and sales order-1 also at warehouse-1, but noticed the during reservations adjustment sales order-1 reservations changed to warehouse-2, which is coming under same site.

Is there anyway, can we restrict the reservation only for chosen warehouse rather than mixing up.

I would like to know more details.

Is reservation automatic or manual ?

and sales order on warehouse X but you find item is reserved to warehouse Y ?
