When entering quantities in the tasks in the WBS by default the cursor jumps up to the first line after each entry

I am having an issue when entering quantities in the WBS template the cursor moves to the top of the page when i arrow down to the next line. So when i enter a quantity and arrow down the cursor goes down to the field below and then moves to the top of the column automatically.

I have tried to remove all usage data and customization but with no luck. Each time i enter anything and arrow down or up it goes to the top of the column.

Please help.

Good morning ScorpioDax,

Here are a couple of things that you can check:

- On LCS: Please check that this is not related to a system bug for which a hotfix has been released. We don't have much information on your exact system version, so please check it out yourself there.

- Whether you are the only user who experiences this issue or whether all of your colleagues experience the same.

- Do you know whether some modifications have been made to the WBS?

Thanks for the reply.

We are on AX 2012 R3 and there are no customization's we are running it out of the box. We have multiple entities within 1 tenant. Everyone does have the same issue. I will try to search and find the Hotfix .
