I want to get trained and evaluate AX WMS module, is there a way I can install any training/ Demo or trial version of AX WMS module with full rights.

If you are affiliated with a customer or partner related to AX 2012, you could download a VM with demo data. An implementation guide can be found here: www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx
