    Hi,

First of all, let's start with the conclusion that your proposal to change the default color of the font background color selector is not possible.

Here are some of our test procedures:

We found the Template Form and discovered that the Email editor is controlled by the following Web Resource

However, after testing we found that this JavaScript does not control the default color of the color picker. So, we actually entered an Email Template modification interface and used the browser's own developer tools to find that the email editor was referencing a third-party editor called CKEditor.

You can find this WebResource in Solution, and open ckeeditor.js . The code to control the color selector in ckeditor.js is as follows

But after testing, these files are not customizable, which means we can't change the contents.

I hope my answer is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

    Best Regards,

    Rudy Zhang

    Hello MarkGD,

This isn't currently supported. I would suggest creating a new idea so it could be implemented in the future:

    New Idea

    Thank you,
