Save as Cue is greyed out

I want to create a cue for " to date" field. I am filtering the records using this (dayRange(30)) . I have saved it as inquiry but when i am going for advance filter and trying to save as cue that option has greyed out for this form only.

Procurement and sourcing --> journals --> price/discount agreement journals --> lines

Please provide the solution for this. How can i save it as cue.

Thanks,

Divija Vemulapalli.

As per my understanding this by design

and this option 'save it as cue' is enabled for those form which has direct menu Item... meaning those form which opens without any caller datasource

As per mu understanding this behaviour is due to this fact...

When you create a cue, and publish is on the EP... and when you click the cue it opens the form with specified filter...

now let suppose if a form opens based on caller form datasource then this cue will not work...

Hence this option is not enabled on these form

Please verify and let know with your findings

    Hi Divija,

Nitesh is correct, but there is a workaround to have something similar.

You can open the Procurement and sourcing --> journals --> price/discount agreement journals. Then open the Advanced query form (Ctrl+F3).

Within the tree with the nodes Tables and Price/discount agreement journal table, right click on the "Price/discount agreement journal table". Then choose the option 1:n and add the table "Price/discount agreement journal lines".

Then in the Range section you can add the lines table with the field and your filter. It will then filter all journal tables which has lines within the date range.

You are then able to save this as a cue, but instead of the lines it will count the number of journals.
