We Are experiencing issues using Duplicate Detection Jobs;
Results sometimes are not correct, the way the records are showed are not user-friendly;
1) Are there WorkArounds that we can use to make Duplicate Detection activities more effective?
2) what are the best practices (excluding duplicate detection rules and duplicate detection jobs) that we can use in Duplicate Detection activities ?

You can also use the deduplicator in XRM Toolbox.
There is very little that you can change with duplicate detection jobs. You can change the rules, the records they apply to, and how often to run the job, but that is all
