How to create Standard Email Message for Sending Customer Statement

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping to get some help with creating a simple email message that automatically appears whenever users send out customer statements in bulk.

Currently, the emails are sent blank, with only the customer statement document attached, as shown in the screenshot below:

Is there a way to add a custom message to these bulk emails?

    Appologies that if my previous info is not informative enough, I have manage to setup and email account and configured the Document Layouts for all the customer in Customer Card. I have also manage to generate the Customer Statement in mass and send it out through BC. But my problem now is how to get BC to default a simple message in the email like "Hi, this is the statement for the month" instead of an email with empty message but just an Customer Statement attachment inside?
     
    Below shows my current setup in Customer Document Layouts.
    The following is my expectation when the customer receives my email with the text "Hi, this is the statement for the month" together with the Customer Statement.

    To create a customized email body for customer statements, you already know where to go to select report layout. Below are a nice post guiding you through how to create another report with content for your email body. Depending on your situation, you may need help with someone with more technical skills with creating customized report. But this is doable.
