Our Dynamics NAV ISV product is heavily dependent on Service Management. Is there any news on when or if this module will be available in Dynamics 365? I have checked the current items under development and it is not included.
Hi Malcolm, we haven't planned the availability of Service Management in Financials yet, we are currently focusing on the application features listed in our roadmap: select Business and then Dynamics 365 for Financials to see In Development https://roadmap.dynamics.com/
Following these features in development we will continue to deliver additional functionality to Dynamics 365 for Financials where Service Management is a future candidate.
Thanks for the reply. I did check the roadmap but wasn't sure what that meant for anything not on the list under development. We are just about to release our rentals for Dynamics 365 so will have to consider another option for service.
