I am trying to enable the feature on my Sandbox environment however I keep getting this error: You cannot enable this feature. Feature cannot be enabled unless all expense reports where the expense owner is employee is posted and Expense reports re-imagined feature is enabled.
I made sure all the reports are posted, the Expense reports re-imagined is enabled however this error is still there. Anyone know what may be causing this?

If you met the conditions, you can ask a developer to check the validation logic, start debugging to learn why it is blocking. You can also check for possible known issues on LCS issue search or contact Microsoft Support.
