Hi
I have a 2017 MS dynamics NAV installed and used on a stand alone system.Its displays an error message "The program could not create a connection to the server".
kindly assist.

You need to check couple of things, First check whether your service for MS Dynamics nav is running or not. Second go to the SQL and grant permission for db_owner, for service running user, Please let know if the error still there,
