Is there a way via a Sales order line to automatically apply a freight discount or a discount to a sales order line?

The scenario would be a specific algorithm based off of /Delivery Terms/ AND /Mode of Delivery/ and /Item Number/(Freight charge) and /Customer Account/

Look to drive this by customer.

You can configure a positive or negative Auto Charge which considers Delivery mode, Item number and Customer account, but not Delivery terms.

I took at the new Pricing management module, and it seems you cannot use Delivery terms to define discounts or charges there either!
