ms dynamics services has been stopped

hello

i have been using ms dynamic, yesterday i have installed sophos antivirus on my server and as well as client after that dynamics services has been stopped, no one can use that services.

so can any one guide me that what kind of problem is there?

Can you check the event viewer for the server?
