Dear Experts,

My user ID is super permission and role center is Account Manager.

I am accessing two companies in same database.

When I log into one company, I encounter the following problem.

where and how do I check? Why does it happen?

    Hello,

Best probably is to raise a support ticket to Microsoft via your partner or CSP.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Is this happening in a SaaS environment or OnPrem environment?

    Thank you.

    Hello @sweety,

There are many reasons, you should do some troubleshoot.

First if your BC in onpremis then read this link

    https://www.dabbler.dk/index.php/2019/11/01/super-but-with-no-access-to-the-role-center/

    Stat by top level

    1. Check if the Security Group (You can find BC Admin) is assigned, and then check your user on that group.

    2. Check the User Card, make sure user is enabled, also removed all permissions group and permissions set, and assign just super and check.

    3. Check if any customization is done, check the event  if any written related to company open.

    4. Try to change the Profiles(Roles) and check if you are able to access.

    5. See this https://yzhums.com/25239/

Is your permission assigned to one of the companies explicitly? Do you have the company filled in for the company you can access or is it <empty>?
